Our accessibility approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a benchmark for improvements. Our website includes keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, language identification, text alternatives and layouts designed for enlarged text and small screens.
Full conformance has not been established. Our review includes automated checks and manual keyboard and layout checks. Testing with real screen readers and a complete assessment of external booking and map interactions remain to be completed.
Booking, maps and other external services
The site links to Calendly for appointments and uses Google Maps for location information. These services are operated by other providers and can change independently. We have not verified every interaction in those services.
If a booking page, map or external link creates a barrier, email or call us for assistance with scheduling, service information or written directions. We will use your feedback to address the issue with the relevant provider where appropriate.
Ongoing review
We review accessibility feedback and use it to guide further improvements. This statement describes our current approach and known testing limits; it is not a claim that every page or connected service meets every accessibility requirement.
